To ensure you are prepared for our event, please review the details below before you head to Cleveland.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are attending any other events prior to PCP Impact, an additional email with event related details will be sent from the Travel and Administration Team. As a reminder, ALL Partners are required to stay for the Annual Partner Celebration at the conclusion of PCP Impact.

UHM will be covering the cost of your travel to and from Cleveland including all applicable (Flight/Mileage, Airport Transfers, and Parking).
PCP Impact Students are responsible for covering the cost of thier guestroom (rate & tax) on Wednesday night*.
*Please note: UHM will also cover the cost of Tuesday night rooms if previously approved by the Travel and Administration Team).
At check-in, you will need a personal credit card for Incidentals (currently $100 per night). Holds placed on a credit card will expire in 2-3 business days while on a debit card can take up to 10-12 business days to expire. Any incidentals are the responsibility of the Partner to cover.
Partners who are either coming to Cleveland early or staying later are responsible for paying for their hotel room on the additional nights, unless an exception has been granted by the UHM Travel Team. This information has been provided to the hotel, and you will be charged for the nights not covered by UHM upon check out.
In addition to covering the cost of travel, Mr. Cosgrove and UHM are generously paying for all other event costs, including event space, food & beverage, event transportation, audio/video, and all event materials.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

People Express -
If your transportation is listed as PEOPLES (in the Arrival GT column), you have an airport pickup scheduled with People's Express Transportation.
Upon arrival, proceed to Baggage Claim and meet the transportation greeter near Carousel 5. Vehicles will be staged outside Door 7, and will take you to your respective hotel.
If you need assistance locating your transportation, please contact People's Express at 440-248-3007.
Uber -
If your transportation is listed as UBER (in the Arrival or Depart GT column), you will use the UHM Uber Business Account for your airport transportation.
You will receive an email from Uber during the week leading up to PCP with instructions to set up your Business Profile.

PARKING INFORMATION
Self Parking is reimbursable expense and may be submitted for reimbursement after the conclusion of APC.
All drivers may park their vehicles at the Huntington Park Garage (1141 W. 3rd St.) . This garage is connected directly to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. This garage allows for overnight parking.
Valet parking is available on-site at the hotel, but is NOT a reimbursable expense.
Valet is available at $60.00++ daily and includes in & out privileges. Self Parking is $50.00++ daily
