At registration, all Partners will receive a copy of our PCP Impact Playbook, along with a pen, notebook, nametag, and other fun swag items!
On Tuesday night, there will be a Fireside Chat at Eliot's Bar located on the 2nd Floor of the Hilton from 7:00PM to 11:00PM. We encourage you to connect with a coach, network with your fellow Partners, and get answers to any questions you didn’t get a chance to ask during the event.
In addition, there are other late-night spots located across the street from the hotel and within walking distance.
PCP impact will begin with Registration and a Welcome Lunch from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM on
Tuesday, November 11th at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown.
You will access Registration and the Welcome Lunch on the 5th floor of the hotel.
Here you will pick up your PCP Impact event materials and your nametag (which will be your same nametag for APC).
You will not need to re-register for APC at the Out-of-Town Dinner on Wednesday, but all PCP Impact Attendees are required to stay for this dinner.
FLYERS:
If your flight is delayed due to weather or mechanical issues:
If you are at the airport, work with your airline first as they can put you on another flight or an alternate carrier at no charge.
If they cannot assist you or you will miss your date of arrival, please email travel@uhm.com and include your Name, Carrier, and Reason (Delayed, Cancelled). We will work with you to find an alternative solution.
If outside of work hours, please contact Options Travel at 1-847-803-3000 for assistance, and tell them you are with UHM.
If you are unable to travel, you must do the following:
First, call your Manager immediately

PCP Impact is a time for your to unplug and focus on growth and learn from your fellow Partners. Due to this there will not be Wi-Fi access for Partners in the meeting space. In the event you need access to Wi-Fi during meals or break periods, you will need to go to the lobby or your hotel room to access the internet.
