PCP Impact will be hosted at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown on Wednesday, April 29th - Friday, May 1st

PCP Students will be responsible for covering their travel to and from Cleveland
(Flight/Mileage, Airport Transfers, and Parking).
UHM will be covering the cost of your guestroom rate & tax on Wednesday and Thursday night.
*Please note: Coaches Rooms for Tuesday night are also covered by UHM along with any Tuesday night rooms previously approved by the Travel and Administration Team.
At check-in, you will need a personal credit card for Incidentals (currently $100 per night). Holds placed on a credit card will expire in 2-3 business days while on a debit card can take up to 10-12 business days to expire. Any incidentals are the responsibility of the Partner to cover.
Partners who are either coming to Cleveland early or staying later are responsible for paying for their hotel room on the additional nights, unless an exception has been granted by the UHM Travel Team. This information has been provided to the hotel, and you will be charged for the nights not covered by UHM upon check out.
In addition to covering the cost of hotels. Mr. Cosgrove and UHM are generously paying for all other event costs, including event space, food & beverage, event transportation, audio/video, and all event materials.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Airport Transportation is not covered by UHM for this event and must be covered by each Partner. Airport transportation is not a reimbursable expense. It is recommended that Partners Uber to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown (100 Lakeside Ave E.) from the Cleveland Airport and back. Partners may also utilize the RTA Public Transport. PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is not covered by UHM for this event and must be covered by each Partner. Parking is not a reimbursable expense.
All drivers may park their vehicles at the Huntington Park Garage (1141 W. 3rd St.) . This garage is connected directly to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. This garage allows for overnight parking.
Valet parking is available on-site at the hotel.
Valet is available at $60.00++ daily and includes in & out privileges. Self Parking is $50.00++ daily
